Refunds
We offer a full refund on physical book purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the book must be in the same condition as received. Please ensure that the book is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The processing time for the refund may vary based on your payment provider.
Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide instructions for returning the item.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on digital downloads or audiobooks unless they are defective or damaged.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Digital downloads or audiobooks (unless defective or damaged).
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any book that has been opened or used.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
